I’ve said over and over again (for years) that the one way small business can differentiate itself is through providing personal service.
We’re not going to stop people from shopping at the big businesses, but we can have a successful business by making sure that we leverage the one card we have.
Hint: It’s not price. It’s customer service. And that’s an easy differentiator to solve…and control to make your business successful.
But it’s not the only way.
Agree? Disagree? What makes your small business different? Please leave me a comment.
