Does double the effort mean double trouble? Not when it comes to strategic alliances. It normally means both businesses win. And increase their sales.
So how do you make it work for your company? Spend some time brainstorming products or services that “go with” what you have to offer.
Let’s say your company sells bird feeders. Bird feeders and bird feed go together right? Your goal would be to find a bird feed company that was willing to partner with you so that you could both benefit. You could cross market, cross refer and cross promote your products or services.
Think about your opportunities.
What goes with the stuff you’re selling? Who sells it? Can you partner with them and double up?
What do you think? Leave me a reply below and we’ll talk about it.
